Indane Gas
Refilled Cylender not deliverd

I have gas connection is no.12484 and my gas distribution is Banaras Gas Service.

I booked gas on 4th August. 2011 via IVR and got refill booking no. is 11849892830 through SMS.

On 11-8 i got SMS that against your booking a cash memo 3660 has been generated and cylinder shall be delivered shortly.

and on 13-8 i got SMS your cylinder has been delivered against you refill booking 1184 with cash memo 3660.

But in reality i never get delivery of cylinder. i called so many time to the concern agency but they never receive any call there no are as follow 011-23236956, 011-23237796.

Many time i reached them and told about my problem of non-delivery of refill. they told me within two days we will deliver your refill but they don't.

Now i am very frustrated.

Please Please Please Help me to resolve this issue
