I hope something is done... As seen in most cases these complaints are simply a face wash without any one taking any action. Prayojini Kolkata has delivered a gas cylinder after i booked it 2 months ago that too after several follow ups. Just wanted to know if it is a general norm. The phone at the center is generally not answered and the gas delivery is never done without a weekly follow up.
