I bought a recharge coupon of 20 rs from my near by retailer. i scratch the code and try to enter but it failed i contact the customer care and enquired about my pin number... he said i m unable to get the details you should call few hours later.. i ask that this coupon has been used?? he said no after sometime i agai make a caal and the next customer care member said that this coupon has been used... it simply means that the first customer care member used my pin number for his recharge...
