Undelivery of Registered Parcel

Hello, Sir/ Madam

I have bought mobile handset from Ebay.com and the seller from United Kingdom send the parcel through Royal Mail with ref No. RJ739705739GB (reffer- royalmail.com) which shows the message-Your item, posted on 12/03 with reference RJ739705739GB has been passed to the overseas postal service for delivery in INDIA.

But I have not received the item yet and another item which was send from the China through mail which is also undelilvered to me.

Please help me to solve the problem

I am residing - C-33 Vidhyakunj society, near shivam bunglow, B/h Bright school, VIP road, Karelibaug, Baroda-390018, Gujarat& concern post office- Near Mental Hospital, Karelibaug
