Deduction of balance

I got my data card rchrgd with Rs 110, nd after 3 months i came across d nws dat 49 Rs has been deducted, without any proper reasons. I talked to customer care repres. but he was unable to satisfy me. Thats y i'm requesting u to handle this case with utmost care nd return my money as soon as possible. thanking u sir!
