I activated monthly 2 GB free net Browsing facility on 11/05/10, i got airtel message that my service is active, after that i used 1 hours net service, without any downloading but immediately 110 Rs amount deducted from my account balance, i have never called anywhere.afte that i call to customer care, they told net browsing is free and amount deduction not possible after that given meanother no. 198, but i tried so much they have blocked my customer care connection, what should i do.prooves will be given after contact.
