Head light very low on the Highways

Dear Sir

i am regularly going on Highway. But during the night the Head Lights are very low as you have 4Nos of bulbs.

what should i do should i go for a higher model of Bulb watt for 60-65 to 95-100 with cut out and also to change the holder
