I purchased a Samsung Washing machine on 3rd April on Delivery i recieved a Damaged appliance i called up the Showroom on 5th April they sent their Executive on 7th April The person checked and filed the complaint promising would get a replacement in 20 days after 20 days ie. on 26th April i called the Samsung executive he says it will take another 25 working days not saitsfied i Got the Service manager no. He says i cannot do the replacement immediately neither i can give any written statement for confirmed date of delivery, not satisfied i got his manager no. called him up on 28th April he took my no. down and said the person said his representatives will call back
