Brand New Product With Internal Gas Leakage, not working, repeated complaints to company officials without any resolve till date, app 1 month old issue

Product purchased on 18/03, delivered to my residence on 19/03, worked fine for a couple of days but soon cooling began to go down, complaint lodged with company, attended promptly by service enggs, gas refilled, ok for a couple of days, same problem recurred, again fresh comp lodged, engg came and said internal leak, non repairable, product has to be replaced with a fresh piece, demanded to see invoice, i supplied him with xerox copy of road challan dtd.18/3/10 and cash memo dtd.6/4.After repeated calls, Finally the company officials are declining my claim citing 2 Different dates on both the documents. Now If The Dealer falls sick and his staff does an error in the invoice, what wrong have i done in believing in a good brand and buying their product, why should my kids and wife suffer in this heat? I want a satisfactory resolution to this issue at the earliest.
