Network failure

I bought an intex mobile, model no. in 6660.from local dealer on 28/02. due to network problem the same was sent to the local service centre and was forwarded to the company for its repair as per job sheet no1108ct1425346 dt.11/08.but to day I have received without its repair with the reason camera tempered.i complained about the net work problem. the product is still in warranty period

So i request you to solve my problem at the earliest.
