No good response from service centre

I got my mobile (IN6611 ACE) problem, it is not switching off, i given to service center 24-12, on 27-12 i called them they told that it is having problem (Mother Board) with in one week you will get your phone, i went today 13-01-11 they are saying that mobile having some problem, they will replace a new mobile. today also i called them, no proper response from them. THE SERVICE CENTRE ADDRESS IS DHRUV INFOTECH, #201, MITTAL CHAMBERS, M.G. ROAD, SECUNDERABAD-500003.
