Con. No 301852204 in the name of N B Rajapure dated 30/08, has been lost during transit by overnite express as informed by them. The consignement contains Mobile set, which was insured. An amount of Rs 275 were paid towards consignement charges besides Rs.40 paid towards insurance charges. After several enquiries I was informed that my claim of the Insured value (Rs 2000) of the mobile has been rejected. I am under stress Since last five months, the matter may please be consedered and my claim may be settled at the earlest.
