BATTERY BACKUP

Hi,

I have purchased Intex mobile IN 4495 before 6 months. But this not working properly. While speaking battery totally discharged, then need to extra volts to pick up the charge. (12 Volts)

Battery backup is less than 4hrs against long lasting battery backup mentioned for this phone…very very bad battery back but shopkeepers selling this phone telling customer that it has a great battery backup.
