Service centre is not resolving consumers problem

Hi!!!

I had bought a sony ericson mobile on 30 june with the imei no.353063022348172 which was having one year warranty. As there was some problem in my mobile like charging problem, key problem etc so i deposited my mobile in the sony ericson service centre i.e "RT-Lucknow RT Outsourcing (SEIN), LGF Shop No. 1, 2, Raja Ram Kumar Plaza, Hazratganj, lucknow."on 10 june. They gave us one week of time for the repairing of the mobile but finally took 20 days of time with no change in the condition of mobile. I tried to deposit it again but everytime the refused by saying that they dont have the needed particles of the mobile, finally i deposited it on 10 july with the hope that my mobile would be rightfully treated and it would be made perfect but all my hope went down when i got back my mobile on 20 july with the same condition as i deposited. So i would request you to please take some rightful action against this service centre so that no other customer faces the same problem.
