Dear sir i m vishal gupta from agra .i m working in noida .i had given my mobile in 6633 at company service center at agra on 23 june. he said to me that"u can receive ur mobile with in 10 days.after 10 days when i called at agra service center .he said to me again that 10 din aur lagege .after 10 days when i called again then he again said to me that 10 days aur lagege. and 2 times i loged complaint at company customers care. but he have not given me proper answer.after some days i had taken sr service engineer no. Mr rana (09582947464) and i told him my problem.then he realized me that ur problem will be solve properly after some days i have got a call from company office no.(01143172866).i have given her all information about my problem and all documents no. but after 2 days she gave me new no. of Mr satish tripathi (09582947452). i called him and i gave him all details but he is still giving me answer. i called him many times but he didn, t pick my call. i am very irritate to this problem.i m suffering only here to there. nobody give me proper solution to my problems. i m service man and after this my both no. has been switched off. my job sheet no. is 1106cp1245405. plz solve my problem immediately. thanks
