Dear Sir,
i bought yout intex insmart moble fone in april and after 2 months of time i started facing problem with it that the ball wasn't working in one direction, the mobile fone was not accepting the headfone jack. So i submited my fone to your noida sec, 18 service station where they gave me a job sheet after which i got my fone back after more than a week. it working fine for 2 days then it started showing the same problem again and this time it wasn't charging aswell. then i again submited the mobile fone to your noida sec 18 service station on 24 july job sheet no. 8363 and till yet i havn't got my mobile fone they always say that its with company.

It all feels that it was a bad idea of mine to buy a intex mobile as worked well for only 2 months of time and for last 2 months its only with company, i request you to kindly refund my money as i dont want such a bad mobile with me... its a total waste of money... kindly refund or i need to go to consumer court and publish my story on all over the internet blogs, social networks.
I hope you will take a necessary action soon and refund my money asap.
