Periodical problem

6 months back a new iPhone 4 was purchased from POORVIKA mobiles store at karaikal branch. 2 more times my mobile getting some problem ie is automatically my mobile got switched off and try to switch on my mobile but it would not on. hence i contact to POORVIKA mobile showroom to replace my mobile but show room in charge told replacement of mobile may be not possible only service may be done.
