Deposited money in someones account for phone and never got any phone

Espected sir,

i had deposited money in mr saravanakumar.s bank account for purchasing an iphone 4s, the amount deposited was 31800 rs.

till now i haven't received a phone and the persons phone is switched off, the persons number is 9080567182. so kindly help me out...
