I had purchased a Samsung LED TV 32 inches just a month back. On 16th morning when i switched on the TV. It appeared to be a ghost line image. When called the Samsung customer care. An executive came to my residence and checked on the same. He said that there seems to be a water trace. I wonder how can be a water trace when we do not have any contact of water in that room. Also, How bad a tv is manufactured without even a basic water resistant proof. Also, No one called me for wall mounting feature after i bought the TV.
I reported to the Unit Manager named Dinesh, which did not fetch me any help except a lame excuse, which was unacceptable from true customer service deliverance. Customer service is pathetic. Take it or leave it kind of attitude.
So I wanted this issue to be escalated to the corporate level authority. I spent nearly 30, 000 (Thirty Thousand) by purchasing this TV when I have a widespread option in the market. At this point I regret to be your customer or to promote your products anymore. I AM TOTALLY UNSATISFIED WITH SAMSUNG AND WILL NEVER BUY OR RECOMMEND A SAMSUNG PRODUCT. This kind of instances only maligns the image of the company. Its only 1 month since I purchased the LED TV and was informed will not be able to get a replacement.
I kindly request you to take an initiative in replacing my television.
