Battery backup and heated my cell

Hallo sir, I purchased sony ericsson model no. j108i (sony cadre), 26th march from Mullick infocome, Benachity, durgapur, West bangale. Within 3 days I am facing the problem of my cell, It heated automatically, and during charging also, It take much time for charging and battery bakup is maximum 45 hours without any use.

I called the service centre customer service center but they are not providing proper solution for my cell, They take my phone for 1 week, when i got again my cell I am facing same problem. now again I told them about my problem, they told me that i cant help you mam, there is no such problem as u are told me..

Please provide me proper service for my new cell.
