I bought a Nokia 5130 Music Express at Goa (10-11 in The CELL TOUCH- Madgaon). After 4 month at the time of incoming and outgoing call the mobile automatically switched off .one time it rectified. They told that was software problem. After 4 days again same problem came. When reached same service center (Nokia unique biz solution Madgaon) they checked and told the UI shield gone. They told for changing this need to wait for 15 days. Without a solution how can I waiting for long days? I am working in railway service and this device is essential thing for my job. Till they not provide a simple solution for that. I am fed up with this Nokia customer care service.
