1. I had bought new Onida AC from Mausam Shoppe, Station Road, Kota, Rajasthan in Oct.

2. When the packing was opened the remote of AC was not found with it. Inspite of telling the dealer about this fact he had not delivered the remote to me till date. Its been about 5 months now and nothing has been done till now.

3. Pl attend to my complaint. I am being unnecessarily harassed,
