My mixer in the bathroom is going round and I'm not getting water in the tap or shower. In the other bathroom, the mixer is hard to turn and so I'm keeping it only on tap so as to prevent another malfunction and become totally handicapped.
Last month too I had complained and your Serviceman Jayram had attended vide Job no. JQC/11013/2164 dated 9/5 stating that wall mixer repaired - spindle greasing and knob fixing.
Please send someone competent to attend to this problem urgently and if needed please change the entire fitting to prevent recurrence of the same problem each month.
