Dear sir,
With ref to the above subject- we inform you that, we have purchased one Home Theater System- Blue Ray 5 in one from our Local Ahmedabad Dealer M/s Raj Appliances- Maninagar- Ahmedabad, on dt 1.1.2011 .
System was started after 10 Days time through your technician, It was OK till Dt. 1st May - logged the complain from our dealer, company engineer visited at our Home on 7th May, They don't have any instrument to find out the complain, on our request and dealer support- we have obtain similar System to check properly, after they found that one of card is not working properly - we hv to change the same-
After 2 day we hv contacted again at yr c.care on Tel No-26464769 and talked against complain- they are ready to take back our instrument and advice us to change the card only at our PUNE work shop and it 's take Min 15 to 25 days- after that again we have contacted your Ahmedabad Manager Mr. Vinod on M # 09727756261 they advice us same, they have not supported by any angle for 3 time follow up in this matter, we request them we have purchase the system for our entertainment not for repairing purpose- request them to put one Service systems to enjoy our children in vacation time-
on several request they are not ready to answer against complain - also we are not ready to delivered for repairing without any service instruments for 20 days time.
On several request from us also from our dealer, complain is still pending- we believe in PHILIPS products- but from this experience we are not happy from your customer service / response.
We hope you will attend our complain IMDTLY and resolve at your end without our further follow up.
