Morning greetings. Introducing myself as GNR Refrigeration, an ISO company dealing with Coolers and Chillers manufacturing & service. We are also supplying AC's to companies over orders. Likewise, We bought a Window AC in Jayam & Co, Perambur Branch on 29th March. We didnt install it but we made a test run in a company. The output is null. So we complain with Jayam & Co. A technician came and checked it and he is charging to repair it. How can a technician charge for service which is under warranty period?
I think, that person is from Jayam & Co, why because, I had called that branded service centre and they serviced it. So i request you to take action for this.
