No Proper service

No proper response from Company

I have purchased a Onida AC (Icool 1 ton) from Supreme trader on 21 march. But from the Beginning it has lot of problems, like AC is not properly installed because company employee which came for installation was not professional and due to this the piping was not proper fitted. I have already taken digital photos, IDU locks are already broken then some gap is there.

I have already registered a complaint in this regard to dealer and the complaint id is 10035656381200 but whenever I tried to take follow up I was frustrated as dealer pays no heed to my complaint. Mr Atul (9321960405) from Onida is also aware of this problem as I contacted him on his cell but he is also not responding leave alone co-operating.

Please considering this I urge to replace my IDU unit and please take a note of this So that no customer like me should be troubled.
