balance was deducted even though i have not activated the mobile on that date and when i was calling to customer care they r telling thwt u only activated.but from recharge date on wards i have not switch on the mobile in 2 cases only i have switched on my mobile please check the received details otherwise i can go through consumer court it is second time bal deduction first time i have given chace to ur company
