I have purchased karbon k442 from kajri wall sels Renukut on 18-02 vide Mobile No. 354876033261657 Bill No. 543 dated 18-02. after 1 week the mobile is not working properly due to software or other problem then i contacted the mobile service centers or area Manager Mr. Guddu in the warranty book no one had give a response to my call even the company service number & toll free number also. to whom should i contact to get it repair even though i having using it from 3 month with that problem. if my problem will not shot out i may be go to consumer court for better salution.
