Due to water damage I claimed insurence for my handset k442-karbon in sangeetha mobile store in kakinada on 15/06. But till now i have not recieved my handset and when I am enquired in shop they have told that thier all claimed mobiles have been stolen by shop member. Please help me to get my mobile back.
