The dealer has delivred the wrong product

On 11th may i bought a window a c [2 ton] of LG company from KALINGA SALES, saheed nagar, bhubaneswar.on may first week of 2010 i called the LG company for free servicing.i came to know from the LG person that the ac is not of 2ton capacity, its a1.5 ton a c.and the serial number of the a c does not match to the serial number of the bill.the a c which has been installed has completed the servicing period from april 10th.from last 20days i have been running and calling the dealer.they are not ready to replace the ac instead they are forcing me to take back the difference money or they can only replace a old 2ton ac.the owner is a total lier.some times he says the ac has been exchanged, and he knows the person and he will get back the a c.after few days he is sending his people to get the duplicate bill, so that he can know with whom the product has been exchanged.i don't belive this man at all.from his side he has not even called me once. i want my money back.please help
