Dear sir,

I have purchased a KANCHN INDUCTION COOKER MODEL NO. KIC-01-MI from a shop at Raipur C.G. Since the same is not working properly due to some technical problem & for which I approach to your service center at Raipur (Phone Number – 0771 – 4095786) on dtd.26/02 & handover the same for repairing. Were please note that since 15 days passes away but the same was still under repair and they are not willing to repair the same & they want to extra repairing charges in warreny period. Kindly advice me what should I do if such your product and get defective in such a short period and can not be get repaired at your service center, what else can a customer can expect from company like yours?
