Printer prize not received

Respected sir,

i had purchased a colour cartridge, in that cartridge i got a 20 digit code on which got a prize of printer hp AIO4488 printer in spin and win contest om 31/07 and printer will be despatched and courier in 21 days to ur was written by hp company. but i have not still received the printer and there is no proper contact to the company to get the feedback.pls take my complaint in to consideration and allow to have my prize.
