This is to bring to your kind notice that I had purchase one karbonn mobile model number K-343 on 29/09 from Manish Mobile Market Nagpur, but I was getting issue abour charging only in one week & it stopped working. I Went to the authorised service centre (OM Electronics, Nagpur) & my receipt no. is 5751 & Complaint iD is KJASPMH034, where the person said that it will take one months to get it repaired, but Have been completed a month although i havent any reply from Service centre & Karbon Mobile also when i contacted to OM Electronics they said When Mobile will come to us they will be notified to me & You don't need to come our Centre.
Should the customer expect this kind of behavior from such a big mobile company? Or the dealers’ think customers are fool…so kindly sort out the matter on your end and revert back at the earliest.
