I am Amith krishnan from Trivandrum. I am not satisfied with this handset because of so many problems and low service feed back.i purchased k10 from mobile collection on 13/04, authorised dealer of karbon situated at vazhuthacaud-Trivandrum. The day itself i found out some problems, dealer don't a have a spare one to replace and he told me to contact service centre, if there is any problem with this mobile, because of the executive and expensive look, i am forced to bought it, the day itself, but today i feel sorry about that, latter like the dealer, s reply, i contact with that service centre, then they reset my settings and they also denied replacement and told me to leave that place. the following are the problems with my hand set
1.a red spot on the screen (when i contact the service centre, they reply me that it is an inborn problem of display)
2.poor battery stand up, even in the city
3.while using the handset, it liberates more heat than that of any brand handset, even if it is in stand by mode.
4.while using the handset, some times, there occurs hanging with a white screen for a short while, it will only become normal after restarting the mobile.
5.blinking of display, while using wap
so, i want to refund my cash or replace my mobile, i hope that, you, such a big mobile company take necessary actions with my problem as earlier as possible without troubling me.other wise i am forced to approach The Consumer Court.please sent back your reply to my email id.
suggestion: include PC suite, it will provide more services than present condition.
