Missing of phone

This is to bring to your kind notice that, on 20.12.2009 evening while travelling in between Padmanabhapuram village and Marthoma Church, Betapur I have lost my phone (Karbonn-K-217) which was having dual SIM –i) BSNL prepaid having No.9474226127 ii) Airtel prepaid having No.9679596127 with 2 GB external memory card.

I, therefore, request for blocking my SIMs’ all incoming and outgoing call facility to avoid misuse of my number and also for issuance of duplicate SIMs.
