Poor and ineffctive service by KARBONN

I purchased karbonn k25 mobile from SINGH ENTERPRISES PVT.LTD.Invoice no 21990.with IMEI no 910025000194411.on 26 august.but after 7 months it curser started giving problem, the mobile get hanged and dont work.i gave the mobile to the authorised service centre of karbonn.{APEX THE PERFECT SOLUTIONS, UG-29/30, VISHWADEEP TOWER, DISST CENTRE, JANAKPURI, N.DELHI58}. i submitted my mobile on 1 april under the job sheet no KJASPDL008411K10.With assurance to be repaired and returned under free 1year warranty, after one week. After 1 week the problem was still not solved and attendent requeted to resubmitt and take back after one week. IN the meanwhile i contacted the zonal service manger Mr. GIRISH [M.no918800898841] to please take respective action regarding the mobile. but sorry to say no action was taken even by such senior person.its been complete one month i have not recived my mobile back. For last one month i have suffered both mentally and physically due to this
