I have brought K10 Karbonn mobile from retailer and i have tata docomo connection for it
after 20days i got a problem that is echo sound getting heard by the caller who calls me
i given to service center in jayanagar 4th block they said that they done repair
but again after 1 month i faced same problem than again i given to the same service center
but again after few again now i am facing same problem along with the old problem i facing new issue that is in middle of talking to the people i am getting error invalid sim or emergency call if i switch off and switch on the phone it is working fine
I want to know whether we can log case and get new mobile or what to do please help me
