Hi,
I have bought K310 from Saravana Stores, chennai on 09/10.With in few hrs, i found that the mic is not working. Then I requested the shop
to replace the mobile. They also gave me the new mobile. But that one also was having some issue with headset. So i gave that handset to the
UTL service center in choolaimedu, chennai on 10/10 itself.
After few days they found that the issue is with the motherboard and they will replace with new mother board and return on 19/10.
Today morning i visited the SC and they told that they didnt receive the motheboard yet and will get before evening. I called them again in the evening,
they replied like i have to go to purchased shop to the get the new handset. Its really unfair. Being an authorised SC, they should replace me the handset with the new one.
I have bought K330 couple of months back and its working fine till date. Actually i was impressed with karbonn and i suggested many of my friends and relatives to get Karbonn. Still now we (Friends/Relatives) have got more than 4 Karbonn mobiles.
Unfortunetly the current one K310 is causing many problem and i am not satisfied with the Service center.

The worst part of Karbonn now is customer care numbers and Email ids... Being a company, they dont have proper mail ids or Contact numbers to reach them.
None of the mail ids like [email protected] or [email protected] is working. Their customer care number mentioned in the warranty card is not reachable or busy always
Note: If you are not concerned about this compliant, i am sure that i will not suggest karbonn anymore and will spread this information as much as possible as a dissatisfied customer.
