Mobile Screen automaticaly disappearing

I have purchased karbonn mobile before 1 month, in that mobile one small orange dot became after some days that dot has been expanding so i went to customer service center without looks my mobile he is asking charges 700 rs i said that not my fault its happened automatically he was saying you have pressed the display.

Sir i am really saying that was happening automatically that was company fault not mine please take any action immediately. i have warranty bill.
