Facing worst company customer service

I have purchased a new karbonn mobile dated 29/06. Now it got some how. i have tried a lot to avail customer-service.but still i am facing the problem having no solution at all. Also this companies toll free number as well as email-id is fake or not valid. I have purchased this mobile from hello-brother store at sakchi in jamshedpur.

Now what i have to do to resolve this problem.
