Dear Sir,
I have bought a Air Conditioner in May 15 not one month later its display sensor / remote is not working I have register my complaint with customer care on 13th June i have made several calls to customer care as well as to service head but no body is respoding us they said that is the new model and they dont have spres in their stock.
SO what i do why they launch a new product and the time of repair parts are not available.
KIndly lookinto the matter and resolve this issue at the earliest.
