Sir i have purchased a karbonn k550 handset 1 month before ..after 15 dayz serious problem of battery backup arises so i gave my set to karbonn service centre (Civil Lines)..employees there r very ridiculous & does nt vork properly... 20 dayz have been completed since i gave my mobile to karbonn centre.. they dont receive there phone calls... so plz take some serious action regarding my problem... myself Anoop Kakkar from Allahabad... my contact no. is 9415324435... plz refer to the problem...
