I had purchased a dual sim phone of Karbonn model number KC-441 in the month of November. Within 2 months in the month of January suddenly the keypad has stopped working, The phone is with the authorised service centre for Karbonn, E-Touch in Pune since last one month. At the service centre there is no body to answer our phone calls everytime we have to leave our work and visit the service centre where we get different type of answers everytime sometime they say the handset needs to be sent to Delhi which will take 15 days, next time after the earlier time duration was completed they said there is problem in the mother board which needs to be replaced which will take another 8 days, after 8 days there was a new problem and now we are completely harrased by frequent visiting to the service centre handset which is lying with them from more than one and half month. karbonn handsets are waste of the hard earned money of the common man.
