I have purchase Micormax X280 mobile form Palnet M, Mira Bhayander Road on 5 Nov. As per the selseman (?) the cell is good and have 15 days standby mode battery capacity. but when i use this cell i found that battery get low with in 2 hrs. when i went to replace the piece they have replaced my mobiles Battery. but the problme remain unsolved.
Now when i went to the shop for servicing they are not reday to take any resposibility for that. (infact they have taken One year warranty for the piece). According to them it is our resposibility to take cell to the Srvice center which is not mentioned they have sold the Mobile.
The staff is not know how to talk with Womens and senior Citizens. They are Gunda type. when ever you go to the shop you will find new guy on the counter and not redy to resposibilty for the each other.
Never go to shop to buy any electronics Item.
