unsatisfied service

sir, we had purchased kelvinator refrigerator in 2010. but recently it had not been working properly. despite in very poor condition the lower compartment (fridge) is not getting any compressure vivration but the fridger is working. we are facing this genuine problem since last four months. we had contacted the authorise service centre.
