Dear Sir,

I myself Naresh Chandra Nag residence of Ajmer (Rajasthan) wants to inform that Last year in the month of Oct-09 I purchased a freeze of 265 liters from ajmer SHOP near Railway Station, but his compresser is not working properly and your service engineer totd that I will refill the Gas and for that you have to pay Rs.1100.00.

In this regard I wou;ld like to request you that previous to this in the year 1989 I purchase 165 lts freeze and that gave me services for nearly 20 years without any expenditure or without any much more costly repair. But the body was damaged that why I purchased new one.

I was fully satisfied with the company thats why I though to purchase Kelvinator only, but this time within a Year I am facing the problem.

I request you Kindly to instruct you Regional Manager of Rajasthan to look into the matter and please replace my freeze with new one.
