Kenstar Aircooler Purched on 13.04.2010. Only one hour worked and then not working till now. We register the complaint for customer care. One of the executive came from my house and open the Aircooler, he said motor is not working. At the same time we went shop please replace it, the shop owner told that it is not our responsibility to change the cooler.
