Kenstar
New Cooler not working well

Recently we bought a Kenstar Cooler named Kenstar Climatiser from Garg Electronics, Berkhera Bhopal worth Rs.6400/-.But soon after getting & using the same we saw that the mesh on the three sides of the cooler were not getting wet by the Pump. We thought it was a temporary problem but after 6 days we had to complain the distributor (Garg Electronics). He assured us that he would be sending company officials or someone to mend the cooler. But it has been 3 days & we are stilll suffering from the heat.

I request you to plese look into this problem because even after paying the full amount & getting new cooler we arent getting the services as desired..
