I have been using Kenstar washing machine and recently the belt connecting the motor and the drum got cut. I called two Service centers in Bangalore to enquire the rates of the belt one of them told me that it is Rs450/- Rs150/- for the service and the other told me that it is Rs650/- 150/- for service. Finally there was a service person visiting from Kenstar and according to him the price of the belt was Rs750/- Rs250/- for servicing. We had to send him back as it was clear that it was DAY LIGHT ROBBERY in the name of spares and servicing. Please help!!!
