Filter breaks down every week, Bad Service, Refund requested

Have a Kent RO Water filter which breaks down every few days. In spite of a number of complaints and a number of technicians (at least 10 in no.) the machine keeps on breaking down every other day. Common complaints include membrane change, nrv not working, lamp not working, elbows leaking. We got an AMC done few weeks back but has not helped. More than 10000/- Rs spent so far and still am incurring 100 Rs every day for drinking water as its a basic necessity. Repeated complaints and escalations within Kent RO have not helped. Some of the recent complaint numbers are D11289654 and 145724. We have reached a point where we need a refund of AMC and all the recent repairs done. No further service required from Kent RO. We are better off buying a new water filter from a better reputed company.
